The moment we met during our stay in an Ashram on the beautiful island of Crete, we connected differently.
We have meet in London, however nature, the same passion for the sea brought us closer.
Jivamukti yoga is our daily practice.
We are committed to our daily personal practice but at the same time we love finding freedom through play.
We both find the highest way of expression through playing, 'flying' for Anna and 'freely movement' for Annalisa.
During this 5 day retreat we would like to help you tap into the inner child, that youngest version of yourself and be free in such wild nature. We will hold you during classes but in your free time you can rediscover that timeless version of you, who came into this life with joy and enthusiasm.
We will practice self love through Jivamukti yoga and we will liberate our soul by flying on the beach and watching tons of sunrises and sunsets.

Certified AcroYoga teacher
Anna is one of the UK’s leading Yoga & AcroYoga facilitators, having taught for over a decade at London’s most acclaimed studios.
She has international teaching and training experience and has been featured in a number of publications such as Vogue and The Guardian.
Classes will range from playful acrobatic to restorative therapeutic flying & thai massage. Combining her passion for teaching, adventure and travel, Anna is regularly leading retreats all around the world.

Annalisa Tiranti is a creative soul who started her career as an interior designer.
She became a yoga teacher in 2016 studying with Sharon Gannon and David Life, the founders of the Jivamukti method. In 2018 she completed Vinyasa Sangye' teacher training with her beloved teachers Cat Alip-Douglas & Phil.
She is fully committed to experience this life as the best version of herself in order to pass this on, and on... Only then can we bring our positive contributions to our planet Earth.
After spending last winter together, Annalisa and Anna have chosen one of the most authentic cretan place in Triopetra. South of Crete.
All the rooms, the shala with the restaurant are located on the coast.
You will be waking up and falling asleep seeing and hearing the sea,
as every rooms are seafront.
The retreat is design to unplug your life from the hectic rhythm of the city.
You will leave completely recharged with the new skill: moving from the earth to the sky.

The first time this sentence was mentioned came from 1826 work Physiologie du Gout, ou Medetations de Gastronomie Transcendante, in which French author Anthelme Brillat-Savarin wrote: “Tell me what you eat and I will tell you what your are.”
Certainly a healthy body begins with what we decide to eat daily. A vegan and vegetarian diet are at the core of a yogic life. 'Ahimsa' (sanskrit) means 'no-harming', it is the first tenet of Jivamukti method. Not harming others such as humans and also all other beings we share the planet with such as animals, environments etc.
We would like to inspire you with our chef experience that is possible eating delicious meals even without meat or fish.
Pavlos prepares daily Vegetarian/Vegan Cretan dishes, our meals included are: breakfast, lunch, dinner.
The kitchen is open from early morning till late at night and can serve you all the meals of a day.
