Peter & Annalisa
The moment we met during our stay in an Ashram on the beautiful island of Crete, our hearts connected.
The vast amount of fire that burns in our hearts and guides us through this lifetime pulled our souls together.
We are both tameless, passionate, free spirited fire signs. We live our lives as there is no tomorrow.
This passion for life, celebration, togetherness, love and for joy drives and motivates us.
We learned through the hardships we experienced in life, that love is the only way forward.
These experiences made us the empaths we are today.
During this 5 days retreat we would like to help you to ignite and boost this fire of yours that resides within your heart.
Holding you a safe and loving space where you can rediscover that timeless version of you, who came into this life to love and experience the joy, that life offers.
We will reconnect with Anahata, the heart chakra.
Embracing our vulnerable sides, so we can safely let go of our fears, that are holding us back from experiencing the sense of freedom.
We will practice self love through the yoga practice, aromatherapy, the massage you'll receive, meditations, dancing, laughters, walking barefoot on earth, jumping into waters, breathing fresh air, warming our faces in the sun, spending time in silence, eating nourishing foods, being together in a community safely, lovingly as friends & family.
Come and join us!
Let us help each other to find the love that we are.

Peter's Treatment Included
"Shen is the heart-mind. The mind that resides in the heart.
In Traditional Chinese Medicine, the Shen is one of the vital substances of the body. It is the most subtle and non-material type of Qi. Most authors translate the word Shen as “spirit”; I prefer to translate Shen of the Heart as “Mind”, where our emotions are translated into thoughts, into energy.
This treatment is focuses mainly on the mind, therefore the majority of the massage happens on the face, head, shoulders and chest areas. My main focus is to switch your sympathetic nervous system to the parasympathetic side, so you can begin the “rest and digest” processes on all level.
This only happens when we meditate or sleep deeply. In those moments the self healing mechanism of the body can work actively and properly, without the mind breaking in and stealing that healing energy and using it up for counterproductive thinking patterns.
In this dreamy, meditative state, with the art of loving touch, I will help you to tap safely into those foggy areas, old patterns, traumas, memories, emotions, that are blocking your path towards self-love, so you can finally release or reset them.
This technique assists with aiding and stabilising this largely mental process.
It is recommended in case you are feeling irritable, frustrated, tense or in case of any kind of emotional imbalance.
It’s a deeply relaxing, rejuvenating, mind-twisting, soul-freeing, heart-opening inner journey into your unique, beautiful, forever expanding internal Universe and it is my pleasure to be your cosmic guide."
The original word Jivanmuktih refers to "one who is liberated while living".
When I went to my first teacher training and I found out the existence of ancient books which they tell us how to access a life without suffering, I said to myself:
" Why am I only finding this out now?". It blew my mind.
Jivamukti yoga became a lifestyle and opened up infinite possibilities how I can live my life.
We will be practising and studying every morning the tools given by ancient text like Yoga Sutra Patanjali, Hatha Yoga Pradipika etc. It is easier than you think and you will be able to carries those tools for your life.
'Jiva' means individual living soul 'mukti' is like moksa – is liberation from the cycle of death and rebirth.
"One who is still operating in the world, still seen as an individual by others, but not having that separate self as the core of experience.
Till we perceive as as separate entity from others we are far away to the deep understanding of life. The aim is to find transcendental consciousness while we are alive. We may not become enlightened, or reach the state of yoga in this lifetime, as it is indeed a very high goal to set for oneself.
However, we may find that along the way we become incrementally more aware, kind, caring, and compassionate.
"we are what we eat"
The first time this sentence was mentioned came from 1826 work Physiologie du Gout, ou Medetations de Gastronomie Transcendante, in which French author Anthelme Brillat-Savarin wrote: “Tell me what you eat and I will tell you what your are.”
Certainly a healthy body begins with what we decide to eat daily.
A vegan and vegetarian diet are at the core of a yogic life. 'Ahimsa' (sanskrit) means 'no-harming', it is the first tenet of Jivamukti method. Not harming others such as humans and also all other beings we share the planet with such as animals, environments etc.
We would like to inspire you with our chef experience that is possible eating delicious meals even without meat or fish.
